For masala - 500gram boiled and mashed potatoes 1 tbsp red chili powder 1 tsp garam masala 1tbsp sugar 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tbsp Coriander powder 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder 1 tsp Salt ¼ cup tamarind pulp 1 tsp oil For serving - Pomegranate seeds Masala peanuts Nylon sev Green coriander chutney Tamarind chutney
Add all ingredients for masala in a pan, mix nicely and cook on low flame, add ¼ cup water and mix, switch off the flame. Let it cool. Assemble prepared masala in a plate, flatten it, place pomegranate, masala peanuts, fresh coriander over the masala. Now cut bread (pav) and make a pocket, apply green chutney on one side and tamarind chutney on second side. Now stuff prepared masala in pav pocket. Heat tawa on low flame, add butter and roast stuffed pav on tava from both sides. Now press in masala peanuts and nylon sev and serve. Enjoy!!
