Rajbhog icecream is a very rich and tasty flavour of icecream. It is very easy and quick icecream recipe which we can prepare with simple ingredients. Uploaded by admin on 24-May-2022.
Ingredients - 250ml Milk 100gram Khoya /Mawa 1/4 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk powder 1 tbsp corn flour 1/4 cup condensed milk 1/2 cup chopped cashews 1/2 cup chopped almonds 1/2 cup pistachio Few saffron strands soaked in milk
Mix milk, milk powder, sugar, corn flour in a vessel, allow to cook on low flame till the mixture thickens. Stir continuously. Add soaked saffron. Add grated khoya / mawa and mix, switch off the flame. Allow to cool completely. Add 1 cup chilled cream in a bowl, whip it till soft peaks with an electric beater. Add milk mixture. Add condensed milk, add cashews, almonds, pistachio in icecream base, add ½ tsp kevra essence. Mix and transfer in an airtight container. Keep in deep freezer for 8-10 hours. After 10 hours, take out rajbhog icecream and enjoy homemade rich, royal and tasty icecream.
