This shikanji premix is very unique recipe. This premix is prepared without fresh lemon, so you can store it for long time.

1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Citric acid
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black salt
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry mint powder
Add sugar, salt, black salt, citric acid in a mixer jar and grind. Prepare a fine powder, open the jar lid and add cumin powder, black pepper powder, mint in mixer jar, grind and transfer in a bowl. Our homemade shikanji premix is ready.

Store in a container. For shikanji, add 2tsp instant shikanji premix in a glass and add ice cubes and chilled water. Mix and enjoy tasty and refreshing shikanji.
