3 medium size bananas 2 cups chopped fresh mangoes 15 no of soaked cashews 1tbsp honey
Peel the bananas, chop them and fill in a ziplock bag and keep in freezer for overnight. Peel the mangoes, chop them and fill in a ziplock bag and keep in freezer for overnight. Next day take them out and chop them in big pieces. Add soaked cashews in mixer jar, add little water and make a fine paste. Now transfer the frozen fruits in a mixer jar and grind. Make a smooth paste. Add honey and mix, transfer in a box and keep in freezer for 8 hours. After 8 hours, take out mango icecream and enjoy guilt free mango icecream.
