Ingredients - 2tbsp Cumin seeds 2 tbsp Coriander seeds 1 tsp Carom seeds A small piece of cinnamon stick A small piece of dry ginger 8-10 black pepper corns 2 cloves 1 tsp black salt 1 tsp salt 1 tsp Pink himalyan salt 1 cup dried mint leaves A pinch of hing .
Add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, carom seeds in a pan and dry roast on low flame a minute. Add cinnamon stick, ginger, cloves, black pepper corns and dry roast for a minute. Add dry mint leaves and switch off the flame. Allow to cool completely. Add balck salt, salt, himalyan salt and hing. Mix. Transfer in a mixer jar and prepare a fine powder. Store in a container. For making masala chhas, beat curd and add chilled water and chhas masala to choice. Mix and serve.
