This salad is perfect for weight watchers and health conscious people. This salad can be prepared in 10 minutes only.

Ingredients - 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup chopped carrots 1 sliced onion 1 tsp finely chopped garlic 100 gram paneer 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp olive oil 1/2 tsp black pepper powder ½ tsp red chili flakes 1 tsp himalyan pink salt 1 chopped capsicum
Steam broccoli and carrots for 5 minutes, take out vegetables from the steamer. Heat a tsp olive oil, add garlic and onion and saute for 1 minute. Add capsicum and give a stir. Add steamed vegetables, paneer and mix gently. Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano, red chili flakes. Mix and switch off the flame. Add lemon juice and serve healthy and tasty salad.
