Wash and clean betel leaves, cut in small pieces. Add chopped betel leaves in a blender jar, add sugar, desiccated coconut, fennel seeds, cherries, gulkand, green food colour and 50 ml milk, grind and make a smooth paste, now add rest of milk and ice cream scoops. Grind for a minute. Pour in serving glass and enjoy chilled refreshing paan milkshake.
