Halim kheer is a home remedy for weakness, body pain, joint pain and cold cough. We can prepare in 10 minutes.

3tsp halim / garden cress seeds
8-10 dates / 2tbsp sugar / jaggery
8-10 Almonds
250ml Milk
Soak halim seeds in 1 glass of water for 3-4 hours.

Boil milk in a pan, add soaked halim seeds and cook for 6-7 minutes on low to medium flame. Add dates and almonds, cook for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame. Eat these halim seeds for 3 days in the morning during the winter season.
