Raw bananas 1 tsp Salt Oil for frying
Peel banana with the help of a knife. Heat oil on medium to high flame.
Mix 1 tsp salt in 1/4 cup water.
Keep a slicer on wok, approximately 6-8 inches above. Slice banana and fry on high flame, add 1 spoon of salted water. Fry the banana slices till they become crispy. Take them out. Fry all the bananas in the same way, allow them to cool, and store in an airtight container for one month.
