In winters we are enjoying fresh green delicacies. Today we will make less oily snack recipe with fresh green peas. This is tatsy, spicy and steamed food.

For dough -
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Oil
For stuffing -
1 cup fresh green peas
1 green chili
1 inch ginger
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp aamchur
Fresh coriander
1 tsp salt
For tempring -
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp red chili powder
Fresh coriander
Mix salt, oil in flour. Prepare dough using water. Keep aside.

For stuffing, add fresh green peas, green chili, ginger in a mixer jar. Blend and prepare a paste.

Heat 1 spoon of oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, add fresh green peas, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, aamchur powder, garam masala in a pan and mix. Cook on low flame till mixture cooks properly. Add fresh coriander. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool completely.

Take a big piece from the dough, dust with dry flour. Roll in a thick disc. Cut small rounds from a round cutter. Now take a round piece, place a spoon of stuffing, fold in half and make it like a half moon. Now join both corners of the half moon and seal it properly. Prepare a steamer, grease the plate with oil, place prepared stuffed fresh green peas packets on the steamer plate. Cover and steam for 10 minutes on medium flame.

After 10 minutes, uncover and take out the steamed packets from the steamer.

Heat a spoon of oil. Add mustard seeds, crackle add steamed packets, red chili powder and mix nicely. Add fresh coriander and mix, switch off the flame.

Enjoy a hot, tasty and healthy fresh green peas snack recipe.
