Aloo methi paratha is very tasty and can prepare with easy manner. This can be enjoyed in breakfast, lunch and dinner.

For stuffing -
Prepared chapatti dough
500gram boiled aloo
2 cup clean, finely chopped fresh methi
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 /2 tsp black salt
1 tsp aamchur powder
2 chopped green chilis
1 tsp cumin seeds
Mix all the mixture of stuffing in a bowl.

Prepare medium size balls from the chapatti dough.

Dust ball with dry flour, roll in a thick disc, place prepared stuffing in the center of the disc. Cover the disc and seal the ends. Dust with dry flour. Roll with a rolling pin in a thick disk. Place on medium hot tawa. Roast from both sides. Apply oil and roast from both sides. Remove from tawa and enjoy hot and spicy stuffed aloo methi paratha.
