Missi roti is most popular indian flatbread. Today we are coming with a perfect recipe for you. You will get perfect dhaba / hotel style missi masala roti from this recipe.

2 Cups Missi aata (bejad aata)
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 finely chopped green chili
1 inch grated ginger
½ cup finely chopped fresh coriander
1tsp red chili powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ajwayan
1 tsp ghee
Black sesame seeds
Sieve bejad flour, add all spices, salt, onion, coriander, green chili and ginger in flour. Mix with hands, add 1 tsp ghee, prepare a dough using water, cover and keep aside for 5 minutes.

Now add 1 tsp ghee and make the dough smooth. Prepare balls from the dough, dust with dry flour, roll in a big, thick disc. Sprinkle black sesame seeds and fresh coriander on the roti, roll with a rolling pin. Now flip the roti and apply water on the other side. Heat tawa on high flame, place roti on tawa with pressure, (water side should be on tawa) so that roti with stick on the tawa. Cook on low flame for 30 seconds. Now flip the tawa and cook roti from the top side. (as shown in the video)

Cook till brown marks appears on the roti, now remove roti from the tawa, apply ghee and enjoy homemade healthy and tasty missi roti.
