200gram less spicy green chilis 2tbsp Mustard seeds 2tbsp Fennel seeds 2tbsp Coriander seeds 1/4 cup Mustard seeds oil 1/8 tsp hing 1 tsp Cumin seeds ½ tsp red chili powder 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp turmeric powder 1tbsp lemon juice
Wash and wipe green chilis. Chop them in small pieces. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds in a mixer jar and prepare a coarse powder. Heat oil in a wok, crackle cumin seeds, add prepared ground powder, hing and cook for few seconds, add chopped green chilis, red chili powder, turmeric, salt and mix nicely, sprinkle 1 tsp water and cover the wok. Allow to cook for a minute, uncover the lid, add lemon juice and switch off the flame. Enjoy rajasthan famous mirchi ke tapore.
