Green chili pickle can prepare in 5 minute and can store for few months. You can make your food interesting with less efforts.

200gram fresh green chilis
2 tbsp fennel seeds
1 tbsp jeera (cumin seeds)
1/2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
1tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp vinegar
Wash fresh green chilis with water, wipe with a cloth. Roughly chop the green chilis. Add roughly chopped green chilis in a hand chopper and chop.

Heat 1/4 cup mustard oil on low flame, switch off the flame and allow to cool for few minutes.

Dry roast fennel seeds, cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds on low flame for a minute, allow to cool. Grind coarsely in a mixer jar. Add masala in chopped green chilis, add turmeric powder, salt and mix nicely.

Add medium hot mustard oil in chilis, mix. Add vinegar and allow to cool. Store in fridge for months.
