Methi is healthy and tasty vegetable. Today we are making layered methi lachchha paratha in an unique way.

Ingredients –
2 cups wheat flour
¼ cup besan
2 cup fresh, finely chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
¼ cup fresh curd
1tbsp ginger garlic paste
1tsp red chili powder
1tsp salt
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
Add wheat flour, gram flour, fresh methi, curd oil and all spices.

Prepare soft dough using water, make it smooth. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, prepare big balls from the dough, dust with dry flour, roll in a thick roti.

Apply generous amount of oil on roti. Sprinkle dry flour and fold like a fan. Make a round and seal the ends. Gently roll it with a rolling pin. Roast on a medium hot tawa, apply oil on both sides of paratha. Press and roast. Remove paratha from tava and enjoy this tasty methi lachchha paratha with curd or pickle.
