This cake is very easy to make and can bake without oven.

Ingredients – (1 cup = 250ml)
2 Medium size bananas sliced
¾ cup powdered sugar/ 110 grams
½ cup oil / 125ml
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1tsp vinegar / lemon juice
1.5 cup Maida / 200gram
½ cup cocoa powder / 40gram
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
½ cup chopped walnuts
Water 120 ml (or as needed)
 Grease a 7.5 X 3.5 inch loaf tin or a bread loaf tin with oil or butter. Place a parchment paper, grease and dust with dry flour. Keep aside.

 Preheat OTG on 180 degrees, both rods and fan on for 10 minutes.

 Blend sugar, banana in a mixer jar.

 Add oil and banana + sugar mixture in a bowl, mix and beat for 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla essence.  Place a sieve on a bowl, add maida, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and sieve in wet ingredients.

 Add water and mix gently with “cut & fold method”

 Add chopped walnuts and vinegar. Mix and pour in a grease cake tin.

 Tap for 2-3 times and bake in a preheated oven for 30 -40 minutes on 180 degrees. Both rods and fan on.

 After 30 minutes, take out the cake tin from oven and check with a knife or a toothpick, if toothpick comes out cleanly, it means the cake is baked perfectly, allow to cake cool.

 If some crumbs or cake batter comes on toothpick, bake for some more time (5-10 minutes) according to the requirement.

 Allow to cool for 30 minutes and demould the cake, slice and enjoy!
