This is one of the best use of leftover rotis. We will prepare it with less oil in few minutes with simple ingredients.

5-6 leftover roti
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 chopped green chilis
1 tsp red chili powder
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp oil
Fresh coriander
Lemon juice
Make small pieces of leftover roti.

Heat a spoon oil in a wok. Crackle cumin seeds and mustard seeds.

Add chopped onion, green chilis and cook on low flame.

Add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt and mix, add 500ml water and cover. Allow to boil water.

Uncover and add roti pieces, mix and cover, cook on low flame for 5-6 minutes, switch off the flame, add lemon juice and fresh coriander, serve hot.
