Brownie is the best combination of cake and chocolate, they are fudgy and cakey. Today we are coming with sugar free, no maida, no butter no oven eggless brownie recipe.

200ml water
1/2 cup jaggery powder
1/4 cup ghee
1 tsp Vanilla essence
3/4 whole wheat flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
Mix water, jaggery and ghee in a bowl. Place a sieve and add whole wheat flour, cocoa powder and baking powder. Sieve the dry ingredients in jaggery ghee mixture. Mix with cut and fold method.

Preheat a kadai for 10 minutes on low flame. Pour prepare brownie batter in a 5 inch lined square cake tin. Place a ring in the preheated kadai and keep cake tin on ring, cover and bake on low flame for 20-25 minutes.

Check with a toothpick, if some crumbs stick on the toothpick. Switch off the flame, allow to cool for 30 minutes.

For ganache, mix 30 grams of dark chocolate, 2 tbsp hot milk in a bowl. Mix and melt. Keep aside.

Demould the brownie and pour prepared ganache over it, cut in squares and enjoy homemade sugar free brownie.
