For Stuffing – 1 cup sattu (roasted chana flour) ½ cup finely chopped onion 1 tbsp chopped chilis 2 tbsp grated ginger 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic ¼ cup fresh coriander ¼ cup mango pickle masala + oil 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp carom seeds 1 tsp onion seeds For Sattu drink- ¼ cup sattu 1 tbsp finely chopped onion 1 chopped green chili 1 tsp salt ¼ tsp red chili powder ½ tsp roasted cumin powder Fresh coriander Prepare dough
Stuffing – Mix all the ingredients of stuffing in a bowl. Take a ball from the prepared dough. Roll in a small thick disc. Place 2 tbsp of prepared sattu stuffing in the center of the disc. Seal the ends and prepare a ball. Cover with dry flour, gently roll with a rolling pin, roast on medium hot tawa on medium flame, grease paratha with oil / ghee from both sides. Prepare all the parathas in the same way. Enjoy hot stuffed sattu paratha with aloo chokha and thekua. For sattu drink, mix all the ingredients in a bowl, gradually add 400ml water and mix nicely. Serve and enjoy healthy and tasty sattu drink.
