Churma laddu is one of the most famous sweet recipe of rajasthan, It is prepared with coarse whole wheat flour, powdered sugar, dry fruits and of-course lot of ghee. But today we are coming with a less ghee churma laddu recipe and taste will not be changed. Let's begin and celebrate our sweet memories and festivals with tasty and healthy churma laddu. Add whole wheat flour, suji, turmeric powder in a vessel, Add 2 tsp ghee and mix nicely. Prepare a tight dough using luke warm water. Cover and keep aside for 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, prepare 2 equal size balls from the dough and roll them with a rolling pin in a thick round disc. Roast them from both sides on low to medium flame, make sure they cooked well. Remove from tava. Allow them to cool for 5 minutes, break them in small pieces, add in a mixer jar and prepare a coarse powder. Transfer the powder in a wok and roast for 2 minute on low flame. Let the churma powder cool down properly. Add boora, dry fruits, cardamom powder, ghee and mix nicely. Prepare small size laddu from the mixture. Our churma laddus are ready to serve. You can store them a week at room temperature.
