Kachori is a famous Indian street food. Everyone loves to eat crispy, spicy kachoris. These kachoris are stuffed with different stuffings and covered with maida dough. But this is a very time-consuming snack recipe to make by yourself. So today we are coming with an instant, easy and delicious, crispy aloo kachori covered with wheat flour dough. This is very tasty and easy to make and can be prepared in a few minutes.

For dough
150g whole wheat flour (genhu aata)
30 ml oil /ghee
1 tsp salt
For stuffing-
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp fennel seeds
2 chopped green chilis
1tsp dry coriander
3 medium size boiled potatoes
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp amchur powder (dry mango powder
1 tsp garam masala
Fresh Coriander
1/4 cup gram flour (besan)
Mix wheat flour, salt, ghee in a vessel. Prepare a soft and sticky dough using water. Knead for 3-4 minutes, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes, after 10 minutes, knead the dough again. Cover and keep aside.

For stuffing - Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add fennel seeds, crushed whole coriander, green chili and cook for a minute, add boiled and mashed potatoes, all spices, fresh coriander and besan cook for for 2-3 minutes. Switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.

Now prepare 10 balls from the dough and also from the stuffing too.

Roll the balls with rolling pin in a small thick disc. Place 1 tbsp prepared stuffing. Cover and seal properly.

Spread the dough ball with fingers, stuff the masala ball and seal the ends properly. Prepare all kachoris in the same way.

Add kachoris in hot oil and fry on low to medium flame till kachoris become crispy. Do not touch them immediately. After some time flip it and fry.

Take out all the fried kachoris. Enjoy whole wheat flour aloo kachoris.
