Dhaniya panjiri is specially prepared on janmashtmi, for the celebration of lord krishana. Today we are coming with an authentic dhaniya panjiri recipe, which is loaded with goodness of dry fruits. This dhainya panjiri is good for health too.

1 cup whole dry coriander
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup lotus seeds (makhana)
1 tbsp almond flakes
1 tbsp cashews
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp edible gum (gond)
1/4 cup grated dry coconut
1 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp Ghee
Heat a tsp ghee in a pan, add dry coriander seeds, roast on low flame for 3-4 minutes, take them out and let them cool.

Heat a spoon ghee in a pan, add almonds, roast for 30 seconds, add cashews and roast for 10-20 seconds, add raisins and roast for few seconds, add grated coconut and roast for few seconds on low flame, switch off the flame, add carom seeds and roast for few seconds. Take out all roasted nuts in a plate.

Heat a spoon ghee in a pan, add lotus seeds, roast for 2-3 minutes on low flame and take them out in a plate.

Heat a spoon ghee and roast edible gum on low flame till they puffed nicely.

Now add roasted dry coriander seeds in a mixer jar and grind, prepare a fine powder, transfer in a plate, mix all roasted nuts, lotus seeds, cardamom powder, sugar powder and mix nicely.

dhaniya panjiri is ready for prasad. Garnish with an Indian holy basil.
