Chocolate mousse can tempt to any one. Specially it is most popular in kids and youth generation. It can be prepare in minutes with 3 ingredients only. Uploaded by admin on 28-Jul-2021.
150gram Dark chocolate 50 ml Dairy cream 100 ml Non-dairy cream
Chop dark chocolate in small pieces. Melt in a microwave for 30-30 seconds or can melt with double boiler method. Add dairy cream and mix nicely. Allow to cool. Add 100ml chilled non-dairy cream in a bowl and whip with an electric beater. Gradually add whipped non-dairy cream in melted chocolate and cream mixture. Gently fold with a spatula. Pour in a small serving glass or bowl. Pipe out a small star of whipped cream on the top of the mousse, garnish with a cherry, mint leaf and chocolate vermicelli. Keep in fridge for an hour and serve.
