Corn dhokla is an easy and perfect for breakfast. It is a steamed and healthy food. And can be prepared with few ingredients in less time. And special green chutney with enhance the taste of this amazing corn rava dhokla. Do try it and enjoy healthy and beautiful lifestyle.

For dhokla –
1 cup semolina / suji
1/2 cup curd
1+1/4 cup Sweet corn kernels
1 tbsp ginger – chili paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Eno (fruit salt)
¼ cup fresh coriander
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
For green chutney –
1 cup fresh coriander
4 green chilis
4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
½ tsp salt
1/4 tsp black salt
1 lemon juice
1 piece of prepared dhokla
For tempering –
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
Fresh coriander
Add 1 cup corn kernels in a mixer jar and prepare a coarse paste.

Add Semolina, curd, salt, corn paste, 1/ 4 whole corn kernels, ginger – chili paste in a bowl. Mix and prepare a thick batter using water. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Now grease a 6 inch cake tin with oil. Add 1 tsp eno in dhokla mixture, mic nicely and pour in greased tin. Sprinkle black sesame seeds, white sesame seeds, red chili powder over the dhokla. Steam for 20 minutes, check with a knife or a toothpick, take out the tin from the steamer and allow to cool. Cut into square pieces.

For tempering, heat a tsp oil in a tadka pan. Crackle mustard seeds, sesame seeds. Switch off the flame. Pour tadka over the dhokla pieces. Garnish with fresh coriander.

For chutney, add all the chutney ingredients in a mixer jar, grind and our special dhokla chutney is ready. Serve cron dhokla with green chutney.
