Bread slices Butter Black pepper powder Salt For Stuffing - 1 cup finely chopped onion 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes 1 cup finely chopped capsicum
Mix finely chopped onion, tomatoes, capsicum in a bowl. Spread butter on bread slices. Place 2tbsp of stuffing on a bread slice, sprinkle salt and black pepper powder as taste, place a small cube of butter in the center of stuffing, put some stuffing and cover the butter. Cover with second slice and gently press. Grease a sandwich maker with butter, place bread slices in sandwich maker. Remove from sandwich maker. Serve hot vegetable sandwich with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
