Sugar Free Coconut Barfi is a very healthy Indian sweet. It is both a sweet and beneficial food which can be eaten by all without guilt any time and every time. Coconut adds to the taste and is very healthy too. Also can be eaten as mouth freshener or to change the taste of the mouth.

1 cup Jaggery 2 cups of desiccated coconut 1/2 cup Milk Powder 1/4 cup Ghee 1/2 cup milk ½ tsp cardamom powder Chopped mixed nuts
Add ghee and jaggery powder in a pan, melt on low flame, stir continuously. Add desiccated coconut, milk powder, milk and mix nicely. Add cardamom powder and mix. Transfer the mixture in a greased plate or a square mould. Flatten it and garnish with chopped nuts. Allow to set for an hour. After an hour cut in square pieces. Enjoy sugar free healthy coconut barfi.
