One bunch of fresh coriander 8-10 green chilis 2 inch ginger chopped 1 lemon juice 3-4 garlic cloves 1 tsp salt 1/’2 tsp black salt 1 tbsp roasted chana 2 tbsp curd 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Remove roots and roughly chop the coriander, wash with water and remove all water. Keep in sieve. Add coriander, green chilis, ginger, garlic, salt, black salt and ¼ cup water, close the lid and grind in a smooth paste. Our green chutney is ready. For paneer tikka chutney, take 2 tbsp of fresh curd, beat and add 2 tbsp of prepared green chutney. Add 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/8 tsp salt and mix nicely. Our special paneer tikka chutney is ready. For restaurant style chutney add 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 2 tbsp prepared green chutney in a bowl. Mix and enjoy it with fries, cheese pops, and with tasty starters. For sandwich chutney, mix roasted chana in leftover chutney in jar, grind in a smooth paste. Sandwich chutney is ready. Store all chutney in glass jar in fridge for a week.
