Oats Vegetable Manchurian


Oat Manchurian is a classic recipe from the Indian Chinese Cuisine. This Indo-chinese starter is. made with very little oil and using ingredients which are healthy. Manchurian is generally considered as non healthy food. Here we have replaced all the unhealthy ingredients wit guilt free oats. Adding to Oats which in combination with vegetables makes it more healthy.No frying of manchurian balls instead making them in appam pan is an extra healthy tip.
