250g Paneer (Cut in big pieces) 2 Large Onions (Cut in Cubes) 2 Large Capsicum (Cut in Cubes) 2tbsp Chopped Garlic 1tbsp Chopped Ginger 2tbsp Chopped Onion's Greens 1tbsp Chopped Green Chili 2tbsp Tomato Ketchup 1tbsp Dark Soya Sauce 1tbsp Vinegar 1tbsp Red Chili Sauce 4tbsp Corn flour 2tbsp Maida 1.5tsp Salt 1tsp Black pepper
Mix 2tbsp corn flour and maida in a plate. Add salt and mix well. Coat paneer pieces in this mixture. Fry paneer pieces in hot oil for 2-3 minutes. Take out on a plate. Heat oil in another pan. Add garlic and saute for a minute on high flame. Add ginger and saute for 1 minute. Add green chili and stir for a minute. Add onion and capsicum and saute for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Add salt, black pepper, soya sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce and tomato ketchup and stir for 1 minute. Mix 2tbsp corn flour with water and keep aside. Add 100ml water and let it boil. Add corn flour paste to the fried vegetables. Stir for a minute and when it thickens add paneer pieces. Stir till gravy coats the paneer pieces and switch off the flame. Hot and Spicy Chilli Paneer is ready to eat.
