These Sooji and Lauki pancakes are very tasty and easy to make. These pancakes are healthy and perfect for breakfast and for kids lunch box. Lauki rava chilas can be prepared with very few ingredients available in the kitchen.

2 cups of semolina/rava/ sooji
1 cup of curd
2 cups of grated bottle gourd/lauki
1 cup of finely chopped onions
1/4 cup fresh coriander
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp sat
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp carom seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic-chilli paste
Oil
Add semolina, curd, salt and water in a bowl. Mix and prepare a thick batter. Cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.

Uncover the bowl, add grated bottle gourd, chopped onions, fresh coriander, ginger-chilli-garlic paste, turmeric, carom seeds, red chilli powder, black pepper powder and mix.

Add water and prepare a pouring consistency batter using water. Mix.

Grease a tava with oil and pour a big spoon full batter on the tava, spread, cover and allow to cook on medium flame.

Uncover the lid, flip and allow to cook from other side too.

Remove from tava.

Prepare all the bottle gourd and semolina's tasty and healthy breakfast in the same way.

Super tasty and and healthy breakfast is ready to serve.
