No Bake Eggless Mango Cheese cake is very tasty and melts in mouth. This recipe is easy and hassle-free. You can prepare this delicious cake with a few simple steps in an easy manner with easily available ingredients. This Mango mousse cake recipe is perfect for beginners.

500 gram chopped mango
1 cup sugar
For 1st layer -
200 gram Marie biscuits
1/4 cup butter
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp cocoa powder
For 2nd layer -
1.5 cup milk
2 tbsp corn flour
2 tbsp powdered sugar
2 tsp agar agar
For 3rd layer -
2 tsp agar agar
Add marie biscuits, cocoa powder, sugar powder in a mixer jar and make a fine powder.

Transfer biscuit powder in a bowl. Add butter and mix well.

Add the prepared biscuit powder mix in a spring form cake tin. Spread evenly and press with a heavy and flat object. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes.

Add 2 tsp agar agar in two bowls and soak with water. Keep aside.

Add chopped mango, sugar in a mixer jar and grind in a fine puree.

Add milk in a bowl, corn flour, powdered sugar, soaked agar agar in a bowl and mix.

Divide prepared mango puree in two equal parts. Add 1 part of mango puree in a pan. Cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add milk mixture in pan and cook with mango puree till it thickens.

Pour in the spring form cake tin over the biscuit layer. Keep in fridge for 30 minutes or till it sets properly.

Add other part of mango puree and soaked agar in the pan. Cook till agar agar is mixed properly.

Immediately pour over the 2nd layer. Keep in fridge for 1 hour.

After 1 hour take out the mango mousse cake from the fridge and demould it.

We got the perfect layers of eggless mango mousse cake.

Garnish with mango scoops and fresh mint leaves.

Cut the slice and enjoy the homemade eggless mango mousse cake.
