Make soft, creamy and egg-less Vanilla Ice-cream at home by following this easy recipe.

250ml chilled fresh cream
125 ml chilled condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
Place a bowl and beater blades in freezer for 30 minutes.

Pour chilled fresh cream in a chilled bowl.

Beat the chilled fresh cream for 2-3 minutes on medium speed.

Add condensed milk, vanilla essence and beat it again.

Smooth and silky ice cream mixture is ready.

Pour in a container.

Cover with a foil paper and keep in freezer section for 7-8 hours.

Before serving transfer the ice cream from freezer to fridge for 10 minutes. Scoop out the ice cream and serve immediately.
