1 cup wheat flour (genhu ka aata) 2 tbsp semolina / suji/ rava 1/2 cup grated cheese 1/2 cup grated paneer 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp black pepper powder (kali mirch powder) 1 tsp red chilli flakes (kuti hui lal mirch) 1/4 cup fresh chopped coriander 2 tsp oil oil for frying
Add wheat flour, suji, oregano, red chilli flakes, salt, garlic powder, mix. Add grated paneer, cheese, fresh coriander and mix. Make a tight dough using water. Add oil and make the dough smooth. Cover and keep aside for 10 minutes. Prepare small balls from the dough. Grease the rolling board with oil and roll the balls in small discs. Fry in hot oil on medium to high flame. Wow!! cheesy pooris are perfectly done. Serve and enjoy!!
