People go to Dhabhas to eat spicy and tasty food. But eating regularly at Dhabas can be expensive as well as disastrous for health. To avoid all this we are today presenting Homemade Mix Veg Kadai. It is very simple and easy to make. This dhaba style curry recipe can also be prepared without cream and cashew gravy in very little time. Our homemade mix veg kadai recipe is perfect for kids lunch box, office tiffins, picnics lunch and of course candlelight dinner 😋. Just try it and share your experience with us.

200gram paneer
1 cup cauliflower florets (foolgobhi)
1 cup chopped carrots (gajar)
1 cup chopped potatoes (aloo)
1 cup chopped french beans
1 cup chopped capsicum (shimla Mirch)
1/2 cup frozen green peas / fresh green peas (hare matar)
1.5 cup finely chopped onion (pyaj)
2 chopped green chilli
1 tbsp ginger- garlic paste
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup curd
Fresh coriander
1 tbsp gram flour (besan)
Oil, cumin seeds, bay leaf, cinnamon stick
Add gram flour in a pan and dry roast for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok. Add cumin seeds, bay leaf and cinnamon sticks. Add finely chopped onions, green chilli, ginger - garlic paste and cook on low flame till onions turn brown.

Add cauliflower florets, carrots, potatoes, french beans, 1/2 tsp salt. Mix and cover. Allow to cook all vegetables on low flame.

Uncover the wok, all vegetables are cooked properly. Add frozen green peas and capsicum.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder and mix. Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

Add curd and mix on high flame.

Add tomato paste and salt. Mix.

Add roasted gram flour and mix.

Add water to adjust the thickness of curry and add paneer. Allow to cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

The mix veg kadai is perfectly cooked. All oil is separated nicely. Add fresh coriander and switch off the flame.
