Bread sweet roll is an innovative, easy and instant sweet recipe. You can prepare this recipe in a few minutes with easily available ingredients. Do try it to satisfy your sweet tooth.

For stuffing-
1 cup milk powder
1 tbsp ghee (clarified butter)
1/4 cup milk
1 tbsp powdered sugar
5-6 bread slices
For rabdi-
1/2 liter full cream milk
1/4 cup sugar
cardamom powder
pistachio flakes
1 tbsp milk soaked with saffron
For rabdi - add full cream milk in a wok and boil on high flame. After first boil, reduce the flame and allow to cook milk on medium flame till it thickens. It will take 10-12 minutes.

Add soaked saffron and sugar in milk. Mix and cook till sugar dissolves properly.

Add cardamom powder, mix and switch off the flame. Allow to cool and keep in fridge.

For stuffing - add ghee, milk in a pan. Mix. Gradually add milk powder and mix. Cook on low flame. Stir continuously.

Add cardamom powder, powdered sugar and mix. Switch off the flame. Allow to cool.

All things are prepared. Now prepare small rolls from the milk powder mixture.

Remove sides from the bread slices. Roll the bread slices with a rolling pin. Place stuffing on bread slice. Roll tightly and seal the ends with the help of prepared rabdi. Prepare all the rolls like this.

Cut the rolls in two parts with a knife.

For serving - Place stuffed bread rolls on a serving plate. Pour prepared rabdi over bread rolls, garnish with saffron milk and pistachio flakes.

You can serve sweet bread roll in clay pot too. Keep in fridge and serve chilled.
