Aloo papad is loved by all. Potato papads are very crispy and tasty. We can prepare them at home with easily available ingredients in our pantry. And the best part is that we can store them for a year too. These aloo papad are generally prepared on Holi festival.

4-5 medium size boiled potato
1/2 tsp rock salt
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
Peel the boiled potatoes and grate them.

Add salt, red chilli flakes, fresh coriander and mix. Knead the dough and make it smooth.

Prepare small balls from the potato dough with greased hands.

Place a plastic sheet on papad maker and grease the plastic sheet with oil.

Keep a ball of dough in the middle of papad maker and press gently. And papad is ready.

In second method, place a ball on a greased plastic sheet and cover it with plastic sheet. Press with a heavy object, papad is ready.

In third method, grease a plastic sheet with oil, place a ball, cover with another plastic sheet and roll with a rolling pin.

In fourth method, place a ball on greased plastic sheet, cover and spread the ball with finger in circular motion. From this method we can get perfect aloo papad.

Flip rolled aloo papad on a big plastic sheet and allow them to dry for 2-3 days in sunlight.

After 3 days aloo papad are completely dry.

Fry aloo papad in hot oil on medium flame.

Aloo papad are very crispy and looking delicious.

Store aloo papad in an air tight container for a year.
