1 Cup = 200ml
1 cup fine suji/semolina/rava
1 cup fresh orange juice
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
Add semolina and fresh orange juice in a bowl, mix, cover and keep aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile add salt in pressure cooker, place a ring, remove whistle and gasket and close the lid, heat on low flame.

After 10 minutes, open the lid. Add oil, powdered sugar, and mix nicely.

Add baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix.

I have prepared a 5 inch round cake tin with butter and parchment paper.

Pour the prepared cake batter in cake mould.

Open the lid and place cake mould in pressure cooker, close the lid. Allow to cook on low flame for 35-40 minutes. You can also bake in a preheated oven on 180 degree for 30-35 minutes.

After 40 minutes, open and check the cake with toothpick, if toothpick comes out clean, it means the cake is perfectly baked.

The cake is perfectly baked.

Take out the cake from pressure cooker and allow to cool.

Demould the cake.

This semolina orange cake is super soft and moist.
