Prepare spicy tandoori popcorn at home.

1/2 cup (dried) Corn
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp Tandoori masala
2 tbsp clarified butter / oil
Heat ghee in a wok, add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, tandoori masala in ghee. Mix and allow to cook for 30 seconds.

Add corn and mix all spices, the corn should be coated with all spices and ghee.

Cover the wok with lid and allow the corns to pop on medium to high flame.

Do not open the lid while corns are popping.

Mix all the popcorns.

Wow!! spicy and smoky tandoori popcorn are ready to serve.
