Lauki Chaat is a tasty & delicious variation of regular lauki and lauki sabji. All age group will love it. It is an easy, quick, simple and healthy recipe. You can enjoy it in breakfast, tea time, lunch or dinner time

2 cups grated bottle gourd 2 cups wheat flour 1/2 cup semolina/suji/ rava 1 cup gram flour 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp carom seeds 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp baking soda For tempering- 2 tbsp oil 1 cup chopped onion 1 cup chopped tomatoes 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp salt and mix. For final assembling - fresh curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, nylon sev, spiced peanuts, pomegranate and fresh coriander
Grate bottle gourd.

Add wheat flour, semolina, gram flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, carom seeds, coriander powder, salt, baking soda in grated bottle gourd.

Mix with hands and collect all the ingredients. No need to add water.

Prepare logs with greased hands.

Grease the plate with oil and place the logs.

Check with tooth pick.

Remove from flame and allow to cool completely.

Cut in slices.

Add oil in a wok and heat.

Add onion and cook on low flame.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix.

Add tomatoes, cover and cook till tomatoes get soft.

Add sliced bottle gourd's steamed pieces and mix well.

Switch off the flame.

For final assembling- serve prepared bottle gourd pieces in a serving plate, pour curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, nylon sev, spiced peanuts, pomegranate and fresh coriander
