Generally we throw out to spoiled milk. After seeing this recipe you will never throw spoiled milk. This sweet is come out amazingly delicious. you and your family will love this recipe

1 litre spoiled milk (fata hua milk) 3tbsp broken wheat (genhu ka daliya) 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup milk powder 2 tbsp cocoa powder 1 tsp clarified butter (ghee) chopped almonds and pistachio flakes
Add ghee in a wok and roast broken wheat on low flame.

Add spoiled milk and allow to boil on high flame.

Milk is reduced now.

Add 2tbsp cocoa powder, milk powder, sugar and mix. Allow to cook on medium flame. Stir continuously.

It is thick enough.

It is perfect!! Switch off the flame.

Line or grease the tin.

Pour the prepared batter in mould.

Decorate with almond and pistachio flakes.

Keep in fridge for 2 hours.

Demould.

Cut in square pieces.

Wow!! mouth-watering chocolate barfi is ready from spoiled milk
