White onions 1/4 cup besan (gram flour) 1/4 cup rice flour (chawal ka aata) 1tbsp corn flour 1/2 tsp chaat masala 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1tsp salt fresh coriander 1/2 tsp garam masala 1 cup milk Oil for frying
Take round shaped white onions. Cut from upper side and remove skin. Make sure the bottom part should be there.

Keep joint part on chopsticks and make cuts as shown in the video.

The onion should be cut like this.

Place them in chilled water for 30 minutes. The onions slices will open and look like a flower.

Add rice flour, gram flour, corn flour, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, chaat masala, fresh coriander and mix.

Now keep all things ready for blooming onion pakoras.

Onion should be like this.

First coat onion with dry mixture.

Remove extra dry mixture.

Now dip in milk, again coat with dry flour. Make sure onion should be covered properly with dry flour.

Both onions are ready for frying.

Fry in hot oil on medium flame.

Flip and fry from other side too.

Wow!! looking beautiful and crispy.

Take out from oil.

Now my favourite part... Tasting time, it is crispy and delicious. Me and my kids enjoyed it
