Chocolate cakes are loved by all. Today I am going to show how to bake a eggfree chocolate cake without oil and butter. Yes, this cake is prepared with eggless mayonnaise and this comes out super soft and spongy. Give a try and celebrate happy moments with homemade eggless guilt free chocolate cake

200g (1+3/4 Cups) All purpose flour (maida) 150g (1Cup) powdered sugar 5tbsp eggless mayonnaise 20g (4tbsp) cocoa powder 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla essence 200ml water + if needed
This is Bundt pan. You can use 7 inch cake tin. Grease with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

Add flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and mix all dry ingredients.

Add mayonnaise, vanilla essence and water. Mix nicely.

Cake batter is perfect.

Fill the prepared batter in greased mould.

Tap for 2-3 times.

Bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

Take out and allow to cool.

Demould

Super soft cake is ready.

Pour homemade chocolate frosting on cake.

Eggless mayonnaise chocolate cake is ready
