Chai/ Tea is most popular beverage all over the world. Especially we Indians can drink it any time of the day in winters or cold days, when guest come or when we are alone. We love drinking Masala Chai. But today we are going to show a innovative way in simple steps to serve Tea in a very unique way. Yes...., Masala Chai Kulfi, they come out wonderfully flavored, with strong taste of home made chai masala. Definitely this will be loved by all Tea Lovers. Try this easy, simple, quick and innovative kulfi this summer

1/2 Liter Full fat milk 1 Tbsp Corn flour 1/2 Cup Sugar 1 Tbsp Tea leaf 2 Cardamom 4-5 cloves 8 Whole black pepper corns 1 Inch ginger
Add milk in a wok, take out 1/2 cup milk and mix in corn flour slurry. Keep aside.

Switch on the gas and allow to boil the milk.

Malai forms on the top of milk, keep them aside on the wok and allow to boil on medium flame till it comes to 3/4 of its quantity.

Scrap out the malai from the side of the wok and mix in milk.

Now the malaidar milk is ready.

Add corn flour slurry, mix continuously on high flame till it thickens.

Add sugar and cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir continuously.

It is ready, allow to cool completely.

Crush the black pepper corn, cloves, cardamom in a mortar.

Add 1 cup of water and allow to boil, add tea leaf, crushed garam masala, grated ginger and boil till it becomes half of the quantity.

It is done, switch off the flame and allow to cool completely.

Sieve it.

Add in milk and mix well.

Fill in kulfi mould. Insert kulfi sticks and freeze for 7-8 hours in deep freezer.

Demould and enjoy this summer with masala, malaidar cold tea flavoured kulfi
