250g hung curd 3/4 Cup powdered sugar 250 ml chilled milk 1/2 Tsp cardamom powder 50ml milk soaked with 6-7 saffron strands For garnishing - Pistachio flakes Saffron strands
Add hung curd, saffron soaked milk, milk and sugar in a vessel. Blend with a hand blender till it becomes smooth and creamy. Add cardamom and blend again. The consistency should be thick. Pour in a serving glass. Garnish with cardamom powder, pistachio flakes and saffron strands. Serve it chilled
