Pickle is a main ingredient for making food more delicious. Today in this video presenting very famous and enjoyed by all Rajasthani lal mirch ka achaar, which is an easy and traditional recipe of my mom with tips and tricks. She used to prepare the Achaar with love and experience which showed in the great taste of it

1/2 Kg Lal Mirch (Fresh red chilli) 1/2 Cup Fennel seeds (saunf) 1/2 Cup Yellow mustard seeds (sarso) 1/2 Cup black mustard seeds (rai) 100gram salt 2 Tbsp red chilli powder 1 Tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 1 Tsp dry mango powder (aamchur powder) 1/4 Cup mustard oil
Add black mustard seeds in a jar and make a coarse powder. Transfer in a plate.

Add fennel seeds in a jar and make a coarse powder. Transfer in a plate.

I have ground yellow mustard seeds, if you have whole mustard seeds, grind in a mixture jar. Add in plate.

Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix.

Make a slit in fresh red chilli with a knife.

All red chillies are ready for stuffing.

Add mustard oil in dry spices and mix well.

Stuff all the chillies with prepared stuffing. For longer shelf life, we have to press and stuff tightly. Especially in both the corners of chillies.

Red chilli pickle is ready. Store in a glass jar.
