Prepare healthy and super soft brown bread from 100% whole wheat flour by following this recipe

500g whole wheat flour
1 tbsp Butter / Oil
2 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Fresh Yeast
1tsp Salt
1tbsp Flax Seed + 2.5tbsp Lukewarm Water
For fresh yeast we have to take luke warm water in a bowl. Add 1tsp sugar and 1/2tsp salt and mix properly.

Add 2tbsp fresh yeast in luke warm water.

For this, I am using flax seed powder which i have soaked in luke warm water for 10 minutes.

Take flour, add salt and sugar and mix nicely.

Add soaked fresh yeast and soaked flax seed powder in wheat flour and prepare a soft dough using luke warm water.

Grease the platform with oil.

Knead the dough until it becomes stretchable and does not break.

The dough has smoothened now. Now collect the dough and make a ball.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, grease the dough also.

Cover for 60 minutes and let it rise at room temperature (preferably warm place) until it has doubled in size.

After 60 minutes, uncover and punch the dough.

Dust the platform with flour.

Transfer the dough on platform.

Knead for a minute.

Spread the dough into a rectangular shape with a rolling pin according to the pan size. Pan size is 23cm*10cm*8.5cm.

Roll up tightly into a log. Pinch the ends.

Place the dough in greased loaf pan.

Cover with a cloth and let it rise for 30-40 minutes.

Uncover and brush the loaf with milk and butter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degree for 25-30 minutes.

Remove the bread from the oven. Tap the bread loaf to hear the hollow sound to check whether it is done or not.

Brush the bread loaf with butter. Allow to cool for 10 minutes. Demould it and allow to cool on rack.

The bread came out super soft. After it is cooled completely, cut the bread loaf in slices with a serrated knife.

From this recipe you can get the perfect whole wheat bread slices at home.
