Oats idlis are healthy and easy to make. These are perfect for breakfast and kids lunch box.

1Cup Oats
# 1/2 Cup Suji/rava/semolina
# 1/2 Cup grated carrot
# 1/2 Cup Curd
# 1/4 Cup Fresh chopped coriander
# 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
# 1 tsp Lemon juice
# 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
# Salt to taste
# Oil for greasing
Add oats in a grinder and make a fine powder.

Add oats powder and semolina in a bowl. Mix well.

Add curd, carrot, coriander, pepper powder, salt and mix.

Add water and make a thick batter.

Cover and keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile grease the idli moulds with oil.

Mix lemon juice and baking soda together. Mix in prepared batter. Mix nicely.

Fill the idli moulds with prepared batter.

Steam idlis in a steamer for 10 minutes on high and 5 minutes on low.

Now oats vegetable idlis are done.

Remove from heat and allow them to cool completely.

Demould them and enjoy!!

Healthy and instant breakfast is ready!!
