2 Tsp Sugar Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Fresh Garlic
For Seasoning - 1 Tbsp oregano, 1Tbsp basil leaves, 1Tsp

Mix salt, sugar, instant yeast and garlic powder in maida.

Add chopped garlic and mix well.

Make a soft dough using water.

Take little oil on platform and knead the dough with stretch and pull method for 7-8 minutes.

Collect and make a ball.

Grease a large bowl and keep the dough in it. Also grease the dough. Cover it with cling film and keep aside for 40-60 minutes for first proving on warm place.

Meanwhile prepare the seasoning. Add oregano, basil, chili flakes, black pepper and mix well.

Grease a baking tray with oil. Sprinkle some maize flour and some prepared seasoning on the tray.

The dough has doubled in size. Punch the dough as shown in the video.

Dust the platform with maida and divide the dough in two equal parts.

Spread some maize flour on platform and roll it in 8 inch diameter.

Fold the disc and place it on the baking tray. Seal the ends.

Cover it with a kitchen towel and keep in warm place for 20 minutes. (For second Proving)

Brush with milk and sprinkle the seasoning.

Make marks with a knife.

Bake in a preheated oven at 220 degree for 10 minutes.

Again bake at 250 degree for 4 minutes.

Look how beautiful the bread has come!!!

Take out and let it cool. Super soft garlic bread is ready to relish
