  2.5 Tsp. Instant Active Dry Yeast

  1 Tbsp. Sugar

  1 Tsp. Salt

  2 Tbsp. butter

Take maida (Apf) in a bowl. Add sugar, salt, instant dry yeast and mix well.

Prepare a soft dough using luke warm water.

Grease the platform with butter and knead the dough for 7-8 minutes by pull and stretch method.

Now the dough has got smooth texture. Collect the dough and place in a greased bowl. Grease the dough too.

Cover with cling film and keep in warm place for 40-60 minutes.

Dough has doubled in size. Punch the dough.

Dust the platform with dry flour and transfer the dough.

Knead the dough for a minute.

Divide the dough in 12 equal parts.

Prepare smooth balls from the dough, if needed you can grease the hands with oil.

Place them in greased tray. Maintain the distance between balls. Tray size is 9 X 9 inches.

Cover with a kitchen towel and keep on warm place for 30 minutes.

Now they are doubled in size.

Gently brush them with milk and butter.

Bake in preheated oven on 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes.

Take them out.

Tap the pav to hear the hollow sound to check whether is done or not.

Brush with butter or oil and allow to cool completely. Demold.
