  1/4 Cup Finely chopped onion

  1/4 Cup Finely chopped carrot

  1/4 Cup Finely chopped french beans

  1/4 Cup Finely chopped cauliflower

  2 Grated garlic

  1 Bay leaf

  1 Tsp. butter

  1 Tbsp. corn flour

  1/2 Tsp. black pepper powder

  1 Tsp. salt

  2 Tbsp. thick cream

  1 cube of vegetable stock

Heat butter in a sauce pan.

Add bay leaf and grated ginger. Cook for a minute.

Add onion, cauliflower, carrot, french beans, salt, black pepper powder. Mix well.

Add water and cover. Allow to cook for 2 minutes.

Add 600 ml water and allow to boil.

Add vegetable stock cube.

Add water in corn flour and mix.

Add corn flour slurry in boiling soup. Stir continuously. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add cream and mix well. Switch off the flame.

Restaurant style soup is ready in minutes. Enjoyyyyy!!
